So He used you, to make the wow happen in our ministries.

This month, I want to begin a new tradition. 

I’ll write you a monthly personal letter, which I’ll call Bo’s Planet, to tell you all the wonderful and challenging stuff happening in our various ministries. 

My friends are many. They could be members of my physical community, Light of Jesus, or my virtual community, called KerygmaFamily. Or supporters of my various ministries, such as Anawim, Shepherds Voice, etc. (The complete list of my ministries found below!)   I’m also sending Bo’s Planet to members of my TrulyRich Club and even my other businesses partners.

I know you’re very busy, so I prepared a little bullet-point summary of all the exciting, zangbang, wow stuff happening in our ministries.

Light of Jesus

We’re starting a new Discipleship Program that’s rocking our world. The FEAST in Pasig, Philippines, is going through an exciting overhaul. Small groups are being formed. Today, 3,500+ attend every Sunday—and it’s growing! And various Light of Jesus FEASTs and chapters across the world will be going through this overhaul too this year. Just wait!

KerygmaFamily (Our Virtual Community)

We now have 24,000+ members and we’re growing everyday. Each day, members are fed by God’s Word via email and the internet.

Anawim (Home for the Elderly)

Another religious Home for the Elderly is asking for our help. They care for 60 old people—and they’re running out of food and money. They haven’t been able to pay for their electric bill for 8 months. We’re helping them now.

Light of Jesus Counseling Center

This ministry run by Vic and Ditas Espanol, together with Ferdie and Fides Reyes, reaches out to thousands of people through telephone, online, and face-to-face counseling.

Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Orphanage

This ministry run by Rey Ortega cares for orphans in Pasig and we send them to school. They attend our FEAST’s children ministry every Sunday.

Pagasa ng Pamilya Scholarship Fund

This ministry, also headed by Rey Ortega, sends poor children to high school and college.

He Cares (Streetkids Ministry)

This ministry, led by Jodean Sola, sends 700+ streetkids to school and feeds 300+ kids every Saturday. It also has a micro-credit program in 6 slum areas, a few livelihood projects, and a housing village of more than 120+ homes.

Grace To Be Born (Prolife Ministry)

This is a brand new ministry we’ll be launching very soon! Our goal is to give other options to pregnant women who are considering abortion. We’ll be offering counseling to these women, including a halfway house, and an orphanage for their babies should they wish to give them up for adoption.

Shepherds Voice Publications

We publish 7 periodicals and bestselling books to share God’s love.   And we’re looking for volunteers (whom we call “Shepherds”) who can distribute at least 10 copies of Kerygma every month to their friends and officemates. They don’t earn anything. They do this for the pure motive of sharing God’s love to the world.

Shepherds Voice Radio and TV

God’s Word is shared through the internet via www.PreacherInBlueJeans.com Aside from KerygmaTV on Sundays at 6am, we also have a new Children’s TV show, MustardTV, and a new Youth TV show, Inside The Fishbowl, every Saturday, 7am and 8am, on TV5. And our daily radio show in Radio Veritas continues to bless our thousands of listeners.

Kerygma Conference 2008

6000+ people joined us for our 2-Day Conference last November 2008. To this day, we’re still getting terrific healing stories from those who attended the Conference.
